Molly Tarlov, an American actor who has been playing in Awkward since the year 2011, is best known as Sadie Saxton. Tarlov was the second of two daughters who was born in the home of her parents in Manhattan. When she was 10-years-old, she began her career as an actor in the show Bye Bye Birdie, at Little Red School House. The group of 7th students who saw the production were extremely impressed. As she grew older, she studied at NYU Tisch at Paris and Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College awarded her a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre. She studied a variety different styles of acting. The Atlantic Theater Company also trained her and she was able to integrate writing into her acting in classes like the LAByrinth Theater Masters Class. Molly swapped her black winter jacket in exchange for glasses in black, and then made her way out to Los Angeles. After a brief period she was offered a tiny appearance on iCarly which attracted lots of attention from her family. In the years since Molly has made a variety of television appearances. Most recently, she was creating Caitlin's role on Winnie Woodman and Savannah Dooley ABC Family's series Huge. Molly pretends that she can be a good basketball player, despite the fact she isn't. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
